✨ Mr. + Mrs. Spenner | Lincoln, NE Wedding ✨
Naveta and Elliot's wedding day was full of love, family, tradition, and personal touches that made the whole day feel so them.
They chose to have a traditional first look—waiting to see each other for the first time as Naveta walked down the aisle at the breathtaking Newman Center on UNL’s campus. The emotion was tangible, and that moment between them? Worth the wait.
Naveta, originally from India, honored her heritage by wearing a beautifully handmade shawl gifted by her parents. It was such a meaningful touch—woven with love, history, and intention—and made for some of the most heartfelt portraits I’ve taken.
Though it was a December wedding in Nebraska, the weather was kind to us. Warm sunshine peeked through the clouds, and it felt like the perfect winter day to celebrate love.
After their ceremony, they gathered with close friends and family at James Arthur Vineyards just outside of Lincoln. With the cozy glow of string lights and a glass of wine in hand, their guests enjoyed a reception filled with laughter, dancing, and all the best vibes.
And let’s talk about that cake—a nod to their love for Harry Potter, it was a magical (literally!) centerpiece of the reception. From handmade signage to lovingly crafted wedding décor, every piece of the day reflected their story and creativity.
Naveta and Elliot, thank you for letting me walk alongside you on such an intentional, heartfelt day. Your love is steady, sweet, and so genuine—it was truly an honor to document it.
