Elliot and Naveta’s wedding was nothing short of magical. On December 7, 2024, they exchanged vows at the stunning Newman Center—St. Thomas Aquinas Church on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus. This day was extra special because it was Naveta’s first American wedding, and her joy was absolutely radiant as she and Elliot began this new adventure together.


But their love story doesn’t stop here! In just a few months, they’ll celebrate again with a second wedding in March, honoring Naveta’s culture in a beautiful way. Getting to capture this chapter of their journey was truly an honor.


One of the most meaningful details of the day was Naveta’s Indian shawl, a stunning piece made by her parents in India. Woven with love and tradition, it was a beautiful way to incorporate her heritage into this special celebration. Seeing her wrapped in something so personal and significant was a true testament to the blending of two families and cultures.


After their heartfelt ceremony, the celebration continued at James Arthur Vineyard in Raymond, Nebraska. A winter vineyard wedding? Absolutely dreamy. The elegant December setting, paired with the warmth of family and friends, made for an unforgettable night.


Naveta’s creativity and attention to detail were on full display at the reception. She handmade so much of the décor, from taper candles to Christmas ornaments, adding a personal and heartfelt touch to every table. Her thoughtful designs brought the holiday season to life in such an elegant and cozy way—truly making the space feel like a reflection of their love.
